This listing is for an Antique 18ct White Gold Sapphire and Diamond Crossover Ring with floral detailed shoulders from the Edwardian era is a 'Toi et Moi' design, meaning you and me.

This dainty and feminine Ring is constructed with a 4.5mm Old Cut Diamond in an 8 fine claw setting, adjacent to a 4.5mm round cut Sapphire of deep colour. Each shoulder is decorated with a leaf shape and scroll design, adding to the femininity and elegance of this Antique ladies ring. The 2mm shank tapers round to just 1.5mm at the back.
