This listing is for a 18CT Yellow Gold Sapphire and Diamond 3 Stone Ring set with an impressive 10 x 7.5mm Oval Cut Natural Sapphire, Dark Blue in colour, set within 4 double claws of 18CT Yellow Gold. Either side of the sapphire is a 4mm Round Brilliant Cut Diamond set within 8 claws, in a traditional rex collet.

The head of the ring is set on a split Tiffany chemist shoulders on a 2.5mm shank.

The inside of the shank has a full British Hallmark.
