18 CT Yellow Gold Opal and Ruby Cluster Ring set with a 10 x 8 mm Oval Cabochon Cut Opal with fantastic colour and fire. The stunning natural stone is set within 10 White Gold Claws, surrounded by 10 Round Cut Natural Rubies, each claw set with in White Gold and each measuring 2.5mm. The head of the ring is set within a White Gold Rex setting, typical of the era and set atop a 3mm 18ct Yellow Gold shank. The ring is Hallmarked 750 1972.
