14ct White Gold Victorian Sapphire and Diamond Crescent Moon Brooch set with 11 breathtaking graduated Oval mixed cut Bright Blue Natural Sapphires interspaced with 22 old mine cut diamonds, millegrain set on a fancy gallery.

The largest of the Sapphires measures approximately 6.5 x 5mm with a carat weight of 0.75ct. The brooch features a traditional hinged pin and hook fastening with the added security of a safety chain. The brooch measures 35mm across.
